APARTMENT PRICES
Emmanuel House Residence offers five programs for assisted living accommodations and services: Primary Service Program, an Enhanced Service Program and an Enhanced Service Plus Program, Enhanced Service Max Program & a Special Care Residence Program. All programs offer very competitive prices for apartment-style accommodations The Enhanced Service Programs differ one from the other in the amount of assistance provided.

The Primary Service Program includes:
• One meal daily in our dining room – Noon Meal
• Weekly linen change with resident’s linens
• Weekly housekeeping
• Garaged parking
• 24 hour reception/security desk coverage
• Weekly blood pressure clinic with Brockton Visiting Nurse
• Escort services to meals and activities within Emmanuel House as needed or requested
• All utilities except cable television and telephone
Enhanced Service Program covers:
• Three meals daily
• All Services included in the Primary Service Program
• Assistance with one (1) ADL’s per day (bathing/shower/shampoo; dressing/ undressing; grooming) and self administered medication reminder services.
Enhanced Service Program Plus covers:
• All the services included in Enhanced Service Plans
• Assistance with two (2) ADL per day ( bathing/shower/shampoo; dressing / undressing; grooming) and self – administered medication reminder services.
Enhanced Service Max Program covers:
• All services included in the Primary Service Program
• Assistance with three (3) with ADL’s per day (bathing/shower/shampoo; dressing/ undressing; grooming) according to above programs 24-hour supervision, and self administered medication reminder services.
Additional Services are available according to additional charge listing. If additional ADL’s are required on a temporary basis, they can be purchased for $12 per day per ADL.
